The Property

Our gorgeously appointed suites are guaranteed to please both “the farmer and his wife.” We brought back the simple beauty of this turn of the century farmhouse with furniture of the era, along with Modern Farmhouse elements reminiscent of the fact that this was once a truly working farm. We’ve also added splashes of Art Nouveau, classic of the late 1800’s, thus adding an element of elegance to this farm home.
Our Inn currently offers three suites (we will add two more with the reconstruction of the carriage house in 2019) and also offer whole house rentals, so our Inn can accommodate anywhere from one to twelve guests. All three suites have a private entrance and care was taken to add maximum insulation in the walls and between floors to allow for total peace and privacy.
There is a designated private parking space for each suite, so you don’t have to worry about finding parking in the busy, downtown area. We are one block from the action, so guests may find they park their car when they arrive and never move it until their stay is through, thus lowering your carbon footprint and honoring the eco-boutique goals of our Inn. We have electric car charging stations, with for standard electric and for Tesla, so let us know if you would like us to reserve one of the charging parking spots for you.
Take some time to enjoy our beautiful, organic garden, with its turn of the century design, mature fruit trees and, true to its farm roots: herbs and vegetables hidden amongst the perennial landscape (when they escape the lips of our local deer). All the veggies and herbs are there for you to enjoy, so feel free to browse and nibble. Each suite has an outdoor seating area, with a large mahogany, front porch for the downstairs suites and a large deck off the upstairs suite. Take advantage of the breathtaking sunsets with a glass of wine and the breeze in your hair.

The "Red" McCall Suite

The larger, upstairs “Red” McCall Suite boasts a glorious view of the Valley and hills from inside as well as from your private deck. It is a two bedroom, one bath suite, which can accommodate up to six guests. The suite has vaulted, coved ceilings to add an element of elegance to the rooms. Its design includes modern farmhouse furnishings and antiques with Art Nouveau accents and lighting. Beautiful, local art work adds style to your surroundings. There are black out window coverings as well as Hardwood Floors throughout, with the exception of the bathroom, which has whimsical Marmoleum flooring, chosen to match the reclaimed wallpaper seen showcased in the bath.
The Master Bedroom has expansive East Mountain views and boasts a luxurious, king sized bed. To stay true to the "eco" aspect of our Inn, we purchased beds made from environmentally friendly materials, made right here in the Northwest, and purchased through a small, local business. This high end mattress is furnished with top quality, Pacific Northwest bedding and down-alternative pillows. It also has a private entry into the shared bathroom.
The second bedroom has a lovely view of the East Mountains and the Valley as well as a view of the private deck and Downtown Ashland. It also has an amazingly comfortable, Northwest made queen size bed, made from environmentally friendly materials. It is furnished with top quality, Pacific Northwest bedding and down-alternative pillows and the sweetest King Tut styled antique dresser in the Inn!
The Living Room/Dining Area has a large flat panel 4-G smart TV, an antique table and high back chairs as well as a comfortable couch to lounge in. Revolutionary technology allows the couch to be converted to a high end, memory foam, queen sized bed. It is so easy to set up, it can be done one handed and the unique design folds the couch cushions under the bed, so you don't even have to take the couch apart to set it up. We even asked our 81 year old mom to try open it, and she was able to do it with ease! The bed is very comfortable- this is not your grandma’s pull out couch. Top quality, Pacific Northwest bedding and down-alternative pillows are provided for the living room bed, upon request. The living room has beautiful views of the East Mountains as well as an antique armoire for extra storage.
The kitchenette boasts granite countertops, a Convection Oven/Microwave, coffee maker, full size Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Farmhouse Sink. It also has a portable induction cooktop upon request for those chefs among us. The kitchenette comes fully stocked for your culinary creations with cookware, dishware, flatware, stemware, linens, and local coffee. You will also find an assortment of locally sourced wines (we will custom pick local wines for you in advance, if you let us know your preference for reds or whites) as well as wine pairing snacks (dried fruit, olives, crackers, nuts and the like) and some limited food choices (such as high end pastas and sauces), all of which are available to you at the posted prices. Just use what you need and we’ll take care of your bill at the end. Feel free to wander the gardens and snip some herbs for your meal!
The bathroom is elegantly designed with period tile, double walk-in rain style shower and soft to the feet and eco-friendly Marmoleum floors. The bathroom has high-end Turkish towels, a hairdryer and bathing toiletries, including locally made soap. All suites are equipped with their own tank-less hot water heater, so your long, hot shower will stay hot as long as you need!
